Alison Garza is an autism specialist teacher, Additional Learning Needs Lead and founder of Elevating Neurodiversity. She has worked in education since 2001 and has extensive experience supporting autistic and neurodiverse learners across mainstream and specialist settings, with continuous experience in specialist provision since 2012.
Alison holds a Master's degree in SEN Autism (Children) and is passionate about helping educators translate evidence-informed practice into meaningful classroom strategies.
